The Business Development Center Kragujevac and the Center for Entrepreneurship from Kragujevac announced a public call to employers from the metal processing and mechanical industry from the municipality of Knić and the City of Kraljevo to participate in the business development support program. The public call is part of the project "Competitive Employers for an Inclusive Society" funded by the Kingdom of Norway through the project "Norway for you - Serbia".
The objective of the program is to support business development and increase the competitiveness of employers in the field of metal processing and mechanical engineering through support for the optimization of the production process, training and employment of deficient personnel.
Support can be provided to optimize the production process using Lean and Kaizen methodology and establish an efficient system to provide the necessary workforce through the implementation of on-the-job training for deficient occupations (analysis of required occupations, development of training programs, recruitment, training of mentors and instructors within companies, on-the-job training, testing and evaluation of candidates).
The program is intended for employers from the metal processing and mechanical industry, who are registered on the territory of the City of Kraljevo and the Municipality of Knić. The selected economic entities will be provided with appropriate support tailored to their needs.
The application deadline is 9 December 2020, by 3PM.
